  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR Generalist, HRBP, or People Management roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and experience in dynamic environments.

    • Hands-on experience with digital and AI-driven HR tools.

    • Leadership, empathy, and an execution-oriented mindset.
